Custom orders & bespoke items

Custom orders and bespoke items not included on our shop’s pages are made upon request. Please contact us to discuss your custom order and send you a quote. If you wish to proceed with your order, we require half the amount of the estimate cost paid in advance. If you change your mind within the first 24 hours after your payment, you will get a full refund. After that, we purchase the required materials for your order and start working on your order. Therefore, the first payment will not be refundable under any circumstances. The rest of the amount (including the shipping cost) which may be less or more than the original estimate depending on any changes during the process, is paid upon the completion of your order. If for some reason you cancel the order while is being prepared, the first payment is not refundable but you are not required to pay the rest of the amount. If your order is fully paid and shipped to you, we cannot accept any more cancelations, returns or refunds unless it arrives damaged to you which will have to be proved with photos and shipped back to us before we issue any refund. Please note that we do not charge VAT.
